Founded in 1983, Yili Co., Ltd. has more than 40 years of experience in EVA and PVC injection footwear development and production. We work with brands, importers, distributors, and trading companies to move footwear concepts from evaluation and sampling to mass production.
Core Manufacturing Capabilities
Our capabilities include EVA injection, PVC foam injection, PVC air-blown injection, and structural and material applications for general PVC footwear. Projects may extend existing molds or proceed with new mold development, depending on product requirements.
OEM / ODM Development
We help review product use, target market, material, size range, colors, components, and estimated quantity, followed by mold and structure evaluation, sampling, injection production, quality checks, packaging, and shipment arrangements.
Partner Processing Integration
Our in-house core covers plastic injection molding, coordination of mold and structural development, sample confirmation, production management, and quality control. Needle stitching, printing, high-frequency processing, and selected decorative or finishing work are completed by long-term specialist partners. Yili coordinates specifications, sample approval, quality, and delivery schedules.
